"Everything was good with this hotel except the noise from the highway. Our room was in the back of the hotel and within 50 feet of the interstate and trucks made so much noise braking to go around the curve. Difficult to sleep. "

"Sink was broken and tub had cracks in it. TV was old and not up to date, phone in room did not work. Hotel is not easy to find with google maps. They charged another 50.00 refundable fee for room damages on top of the 71.00 for the night. The room was not worth 71.00. Staff was friendly but area is not a great area. Lot of nosie and stomping upstairs and barely sleep."

"It’s fine for what it was, a room to catch some sleep before continuing our trip at a great price. The ro was clean and the staff both evening and morning were friendly. Outward facing rooms are loud and this was increased due to the road construction going on nearby. No coffee maker in the room was a disappointment but breakfast included downstairs in an under $75 price was a positive. "Easy parking quiet place"

"Was hard to find the entrance, two difference hotel check in’s at one desk was confusing, rooms were drab and outdated "

"I think it was circumstantial, but there was a group in the hotel that made my stay very unpleasant. Shared spaces were dominated by this group and they were generally rude. I was enroute to another city and have always enjoyed stopping in Charleston and staying at this hotel. However, this time was simply awful. I wasn't able to take advantage of the amenities, especially breakfast, so I just left as soon as I got up the next morning. Room was fine, clean, but my experience other than that...

"Wonderful hotel including the ambience, staff, cleanliness and pet friendly policies. Perfect stop on our way to NC. I will say, the water pressure in the showers was unbelievable. Such a shock how strong it was and almost enough reason to book this place again. Awesome hotel!"

"Tara ( front desk) and Rebecca ( in charge of breakfast and the room in which it’s served) were the most outstanding, efficient, kind workers I ever encountered in a hotel. I was welcomed with a cold drink and snack and a smile after a long trip. Rebecca prepared the best free breakfast any hotel has ever offered. She was always in motion, keeping the dishes filled and the room spotless. I was a bit disappointed that after 3 days ( left on the fourth), there was no maid service.This despite a...
