"Clean Room. Staff very polite and welcoming. Great location."

"One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in around South Kensington. It’s beautifully decorated, rich in history, and in a fantastic location, close to the university, museums, shopping, and excellent transport links to the rest of London. The staff were courteous and went out of their way to help. My stay was comfortable from start to finish, and the hotel has a lovely character that makes it feel special. I’d happily stay here again on my next visit to London. I can’t recommend it highly enough."

"Excellent Services and Installations!…,great view at the 10th floor bar."

"Front desk, door man, and concierge were wonderful. Staff in the bar area were very unfriendly to us. Always had to flag someone down to place an order. The singer was amazing."

"A very enjoyable stay at The Biltmore London. The room was spacious, well-appointed and thoughtfully equipped, with good amenities that made for a comfortable stay. The location was excellent, an ideal base in the heart of Mayfair. Overall, a lovely experience and a hotel I would happily recommend."

"The hotel was absolutely amazing! The hotel was close to a metro stop. Nice location. Everything was top tier. The staff was super nice. The room and the hotel were very nice. Front desk attends to your needs as son as you can. It’s definitely worth the price. I will be staying here again."

Unfortunately, the traffic noise was extremely loud and disruptive throughout the night, meaning we didn’t get a particularly good night’s sleep. In hindsight, we would have much preferred a quieter room...

"Incredible stay! The staff were so friendly and helpful to us and so lovely with our children. We enjoyed the spacious room and the swimming pool was amazing. When we returned from being out in London the staff were so welcoming back and went above and beyond to make us have a wonderful luxurious stay. We didn’t do the breakfast and there are lots of cafes and restaurants near by. We particularly enjoyed itsu right outside! Recommend you walk up the road opposite the hotel to the quieter...
