Consequence of a tiny wetr9om is that the toilet is completely soaked after using the shower. The room was extremely noisy, even with powerful earplugs. I think there was either a band on until fairly late, or very loud music. "

"The Dorset Hotel was beautifully styled and staff were so friendly and helpful. Good location. The only issue was the size of the rooms. I’d definitely upgrade. Unfortunately I think the hotel may have a damp problem as the rooms did have a musty smell. Maybe in the summer it will be better. "

"Microwave broke on Christmas Day. Offer was made to replace it but holiday interfered with finding a suitable time prior to my departure so I used the cooktop to heat my food for the last three days of my stay. The cleaning person was very kind and helpful. That was my second stay at Concept Apartments and I will definitely stay there again if I am in London in the future. Highly recommend these apartments. "If you have a car be aware this Best Western is near the City of London and is quite a congested area parking is often hard to find. as for the hotel I love the pre wwII building,decorstions and overall feeling , a step bck into a different time is what they are selling here. No A/C you are given (in your room) two small fans that usually do the job and in the spring becautious when opening windows as most or all have no screens to keep bees and wasps outside,a possible allegatic situation to...
