"The breakfast has a great variety of food with plenty of gluten free and vegetarian options. The housekeeping staff went above and beyond. Only glitch was at check-in, when we initially got a suite without a sofa bed and thus no place for our daughter to sleep. However, the front desk quickly corrected that and arranged a room transfer a few hours later. All in all it was a very enjoyable stay and a happy Christmas in London thanks to the Hilton Paddington crew."

"Wonderfully welcoming front of house who arranged our 3 night stay on the spot as we weren’t happy with a different hotel we had booked nearby. Excellent value for money, brilliant location within 2 minutes walk of Piccadilly Tube station and their complimentary croissants, muffins, bottles of water, tea and coffee machine in Reception were welcome additions to our stay. We would definitely recommend this boutique hotel and look forward to staying there again! "
