"The room was great. Very clean, comfortable bed and in a great location very near the station."

"I liked when i asked for something i hot itdrlivered in under 5 minutes. Hiever the staff at front desk didnt introduce me to any amenities at the jotel like restaurant spa, pool etc...that was me figuring out stuff on my own"

"I stayed there from September 27th to 29th with two friends, and it was GREAT! :) The staff were extremely friendly and available 24/7. You could ask them for anything you needed. Breakfast included eggs and bacon, bread with two types of jam, coffee, juice, and, if you wanted, cereal with milk. Everything you needed to start the day with energy! All the bathrooms in the house were very clean and smelled lovely, and the rooms were clean as well. In my room, we even had a little sink for...

"Well maintained and comfortable hotel conveniently located to Paddington Station"

"This small hotel, located just one block from Paddington Station is the perfect place for a tourest to stay. The rooms have been modernized and are very clean. The price for rooms in this very expensive city are extremely reasonable. Rooms are small, but this is London and the size of rooms in tourist hotels are all small. "Sehr zuvorkommend Personal."

Thought the tiles were caulked with black grout at first - it was that bad - until I noticed the upper tiles had white caulking! Maybe clean the lower ones? Sent the management company 3 emails in the first 24 hours of our stay and received only AI automated responses...

"There was a bit of a mix up when we arrived . I had booked a twin room but we were allocated a room with a king size bed. Had to wait for quite a while until it was sorted . I had asked for a room on a lower floor but unfortunately another misunderstanding occurred . We were given a room in the basement which I certainly didn’t request. There was no window as such , just a tiny patio which was open to the sky . The small roof covering and the floor was covered in bird droppings. It was very...
