"This is a very old building. The rooms are very small. The breakfast is ok but if you miss it, its no great loss. The location is nice to Paddington station. We took the tube from there and the Heathrow Express."

"This place gets the job done ! Daily cleaning and the breakfast buffet was good. The location was perfect for walking distance to shopping and restaurants."

"The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and breakfast was good. However our room was not great. We walked into our original room and immediately walked back out due to an overpowering musty / dank smell. Reception did then allocate us another room, the smell was slightly less however still very noticeable. Toilet seat was cracked, carpet threadbare in places, grouting in the bathroom floor tiles was crumbling. Hotel did have good reviews so other floors may have been better as there is currently renovations work ongoing, but mezzanine floor definitely needs freshening up next."
