"I stayed there from September 27th to 29th with two friends, and it was GREAT! :)
The staff were extremely friendly and available 24/7. You could ask them for anything you needed.
Breakfast included eggs and bacon, bread with two types of jam, coffee, juice, and, if you wanted, cereal with milk. Everything you needed to start the day with energy!
All the bathrooms in the house were very clean and smelled lovely, and the rooms were clean as well. In my room, we even had a little sink for...

"Really good value, clean room in the middle of London.
The owner would be advised to leave an info card in each room with wifi password and contact details. Communication through the hotels app is not that effective.
I would use them again."

"Really clean room, close to central London and good transport links. However, the area isn't great at night, so that was definitiely a downside.
Breakfast was good, some gluten free options, but they had no gluten free bread which wasn't great. The food wasn't labelled with allergens either. Breakfast was also really busy, given the size of the hotel the breakfast area was quite small!
Check-in was really busy, staff didn't even say the check-out time, the size of our bed, the amenities, we...
