"Conveniently located near the train and tube. Clean and cozy room. Really cozy. Two things irked me. I was charged £15 for early check in. Either my room is ready or it’s not. It was but I was charged extra. I was also charged to store our luggage after we checked out. We had an afternoon train to another destination but stored our luggage until then.
