"The breakfast was good. Quite a few options. I did get into pool or hot tub. The room was clean but very small. Nice quiet place wished i had been paying better attention when reserving. I thought i was reserving a suite but i guess i didnt."

"This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed out. The room was dirty when I got there and when I addressed it with the staff they were rude. The hotel look dirty and they had the manager's dog running around looking grungy and barking at everyone and getting hair everywhere."

"The absolute worst hotel stay I’ve ever experienced. Blood stains on pillow cases, walls falling apart, hair on “clean towels” and lack of a pool being available when it states there was one. Given the unsanitary conditions & pool being unavailable, we checked out early and were promised a refund by management but now, Best Western has refused. We have taken it to corporate but I would absolutely avoid this hotel at all costs. "

"It was a nice room but My room was not properly cleaned and I paid for two queen beds and they gave me two full beds, Also I couldn't figure out why my room smelt like a litter box and found a corona bottle under my bed but I still don't know if that's why the room smelled. Customer service was wonderful I can at least say and the hotel was very quiet and clean in and around common areas of the hotel and outside. "
