"The hotel is nice Owen on the reception was super nice and professional. The pool was okay no activities at night at all. And the most down side is the price it’s overpriced for the night stay and for everything inside the hotel. "

"didn't even get to check in, we contacted the hotel for the QR codes because El Gouna requires you to have QR codes to even enter the city, they told me my expedia email was "fake" and the number was "fake" and was so rude on the phone. she basically told me "I can cancel but I can't get a refund" even though THEY failed to send me the qr codes. they made one for a reservation of four. we had to sit outside for 4 hours before booking another hotel. communication is poor, management is poor,...

"Personnel très accueillant et à votre écoute
Toute l’équipe etait au petit soin avec nous
La mise à disposition d’un taxi à la journée nous a permis de visiter l’île
La plage a coté était paradisiaque
Le petit plus : repas servi à la villa ++++
La période courant septembre est très agréable
Dommage que nous n’ayons pas pu faire l’île aux benitiers à cause de la houle interdisant la sortie des bateaux et catamarans
