"Our stay at this charming boutique hotel exceeded our expectations. We were greeted with genuine warmth and hospitality that set the tone.
The location is perfect- a view of the bay from our room, yet walking distance to restaurants, beach and the Malecon. The hotel itself is nicely designed, with thoughtful touches that blend traditional Mexican charm with modern comfort.
The staff made the stay special. They went out of their way to make us feel at home.

My only complaint is that the pool doesn’t open until 10 a.m., and you have to go out to the beach to get and return beach towels. Not a big deal, but a bit inconvenient. "I truly enjoyed every moment I spent at this location. I stayed at La Hacienda which is the adults only part and it was absolutely relaxing. Maribel at the cafe in the front was outstanding. She really took care of us as much as she could and if I ever stay again at La Hacienda is because of her. The whole staff goes above and beyond for everyone. The hotel is also very close to everything. I felt very safe and welcomed here. "
"There were lots of pool tiles inside the pool that were either missing or loose both on the floor of the pool and surrounding the inside of the pool. The larger tiles were also extremely dirty and it felt like the pool could need a really good clean, although the water did appear to be clean and was a lovely tepid temperature "
