We always stay here when we go to Disney over 20 yrs. The staff is amazingly friendly. The Rooms are so clean. So close to Disney in walking distance..they have alot of amenities...

Hilton Anaheim
The AC didn't work and they didn't come to fix it after we complained. The fire alarm started going off in our room because of a low battery. We asked someone to come up and fix it and no one did. Finally we got a new room, overall a very bad first day.

The front desk was not very friendly. The lady who checked me in was quite rude. When I signed up for the hotel there was nothing that mentioned they added another $23.50 per night for parking, making the room quite expensive. She said there was nothing she could do.
