"The breakfast buffet was excellent. Fresh hot food and very quick service. The pool seating was comfortable and there was a lot of it given the space. The staff was very friendly. Though I did ask for some refills on shower gel and conditioner that never came. The room was clean though everything felt just a little more used than other properties."

"Staff was friendly. The room was perfect for my short stay. The hallways did have a funny smell, but the room was nice and clean. We did have issues with our room lights randomly going out, but we did call the front desk and they did get it taken care of within the half hour or so. Overall, I was happy with my stay. "

"They have a full breakfast option and very friendly staff. Misleading is their shuttle to Universal studios. To get to Epic Universe, you have to first take a bus or walk over to the Universal Endless summer resort to catch the shuttle to Epic Universe. "

"Property was fine. We had an accessable room. It seemed a bit rundown but was totally fine. There was no free breakfast or anything so we didn't really try anything else at the hotel. It was a good stay overall and good location to Universal. "

"You have to pay $11 dollars per person to eat their breakfast. They were working on stuff on the property so it was very very loud. The staff that ran the breakfast in the morning was incredibly rude!!! She treated my husband and I like absolute crap. I will say that the men who worked at the front desk were very kind! The pool was dirty the hot tub was cold. The beds were small. The property was pretty dirty all the garbages were completely full and garbage was falling out of them. The elevator...
