"Clean, quiet, friendly, and wonderful food"

"We loved the location and love all the Rosen Hotels. This one is in major need of renovations. The bathtub wouldn’t drain while we were showering. The door wouldn’t open or close without a fight, it shook the whole wall while fighting to open it. The dead bolt was also beat off the wall. We had to do laundry and the machines were old and left powder stains on all our laundry, even though we used liquid detergent. The beds also need to be replaced. Ours were very old, lumpy and uncomfortable. We...

"This hotel is just kind of mediocre. It’s old and definitely shows it. There was a ton of hair on the floor in my room along the wall. There were some spots on the sheets. The whole place kinda just felt dirty. We did not use the pool so I can’t really speak about that. The breakfast was OK. Free parking was a perk! The lady at the front desk during check-in was very friendly! I will definitely not be staying here again and will try a different hotel."

"Hot water was non existent in multiple rooms. Would describe as lukewarm at best. Toilet had a hair in it. I was only there 2 nights but wouldn’t stay here again."

"the front desk receptionist Damion was professional and very helpful. He went the extra mile to assist us to get a meal from the dining room which was about to be closed. The hotel was clean and well laid out. The buffet breakfast was well worth the value."

"We had a great stay at Element Orlando. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Its location is excellent—just minutes from Universal Studios and close to many great restaurants and attractions. Everything we needed was nearby, which made our trip very convenient. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Orlando area."

"The whole facility is very clean. Breakfast was excellent. The TV remote would not work for seeing a guide to available channels. You could enter time cook on the microwave, but it would not start when you pressed "start". The iron provided would not turn on when you plugged it in."
