"There is parking behind the waitrose and staff walked us there after their shift had ended to ensure we understood the parking App since tomorrow is the Farmers Market on High Street and we would have to move the vehicle early. Now it’s all sorted and paid in advance. Of course it’s an older hotel and everything is crooked and settled, but you should come here for that eclectic experience, as we did. I just miss the old mural that was painted in the pub before, replaced by a more modern map. "

"Staff were friendly and helpful. Dinner and breakfast delicious. The first night the bed was too firm for our liking so I informed the receptionist and our room was immediately changed without any fuss or trouble. Great location for exploring Marlborough. Devizes and Swindon."

"We were staying here because our bathroom is being renovated and will definitely stay again. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable with a brilliant shower that I did not have to faff around with adjusting, just turned on and it was the perfect temperature. The underfloor heating makes the room very warm although one can open the windows. In kinder weather, there are chairs outside each of the rooms to sit on and enjoy a drink or smoke, and the pub...
