"Room looks great the bathroom area is a wow factor, amenities left are brilliant the fruit and milk, orange juice is all fabulous.location is great at the top of the high street , inside the building very smart and welcoming. "Parking was only ok because we arrived late in the day on a Saturday and were able to park on the street outside for free. Any other day and I think you’d have to pay to park on the high street. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. Only stayed one night so no complaints. Pinos across the road was excellent for dinner. "

"In a lovely historic building set within pleasant grounds, especially as the wisteria was in flower. Very helpful staff, lovely room and comfortable bed. Clean bedding etc.Shower not working and not fixed over weekend so had to use friends room also cold.No soap etc.No hanging wardrobe space at all.Kettle disgusting so didn’t use. Breakfast adequate but no choice for anything other than fry up.( Gluten free bread but not convinced of x contamination.Service sporadic. "Great location for us as we enjoyed the short walk to the High St. for shopping. Tesco was across the street. And Savernake Forest was on our doorstep for hiking. The room was clean and staff were helpful. Just as you would expect for a Premier Inn."
