"Clermont Victoria exceeded my expectations. This is the serving time we stayed here. The location is fantastic, close to transportation, shops, and everything you might need. The staff was welcoming, helpful, and made the stay feel comfortable from start to finish. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-kept, and the overall atmosphere was warm and inviting. There’s also a wonderful restaurant right in the hotel, which made dining super convenient and surprisingly delicious, definitely a highlight...

Very clean, lots of comfortable seating in the main foyer area. Breakfast is a great choice, with lots of variety, food was lovely. If you want to use the spa facilities robes are provided. Excellent location for Tower Bridge, Tower of London, walking distance to the Shard"
