"Great family hotel! Food was good! The beach is beautiful despite the seaweed season. The only issue is that some staff (receptionist)should be nicer to the guests. Also Expedia provided us with $200 credit to be spent at the hotel. Unfortunately, the staff did not let us use it. Instead, wanted to sell us services despite promising that the credit can be used for it. So $200 was not used nor returned. I'm not sure where the people complaining about the food eat at on a regular, but we were very impressed with the quality, especially the buffet. We're already working our calendars to come back!"
