"The staff were very helpful & informative. The breakfast buffet could have more items however it was still decent. For breakfast, we were offered vegetarian sausages seperately as the buffet did not have any vegetarian sausages. That was very thoughtful of the staff. The room had everything we required, a hairdryer, a fridge (requested earlier), a fan & were able to adjust the heating in the room. The spa facilities were nice & clean."

"We had a really lovely stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always happy to help and made us feel genuinely welcome. The room was comfortable, spotless, and wonderfully quiet—perfect for a relaxing night’s sleep. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into creating a peaceful and enjoyable environment for guests. "The bar and reception areas have been renovated and are nice, a call out to the helpful and friendly bar staff too. However, the room itself was not acceptable. Both towels and bed sheets had marks on them, as did the carpet. Got in the shower, empty shower gel container. Nowhere in the bathroom to put anything. Both the mugs and glasses were dirty and dusty. The fire alarm in our room activated whilst we were asleep and woke us up in the middle of the night (it wasn’t us! and there wasn’t a...

"I had an early flight and travelled by train so I can't comment on breakfast or parking BUT The room was clean and quiet. The location is excellent, easily reached from the train and I could walk to check-in across the carpark in the morning. "

"Dirt in the room and under the bed. Staff generally good. Booking came with a room upgrade due to status. Room upgrade didn’t occur despite the hotel being empty and having availability on their website. Emailed the hotel through Expedia app (replying to the message they sent me) asking questions. That was ignored and not responded to. Dinner food quality was poor considering my the level they quote themselves to be at and prices charged. Ice cream for dessert clearly suffering from freezer burn...
