"Beautiful room with a wonderful view of the wharf, but not the best choice for a long stay. The basic room is very small and becomes stuffy after a long day or a couple hot showers. There are no ice machines, or a refrigerator, or a microwave in the room, making storing and reheating leftovers as well as keeping drinks cool very difficult. Fitness center and gym are only accessible for a fee and there is no onsite parking. Staff, however, were very nice and very helpful!"

"As in the past, the location, staff help, and the facilities are the best. Overlooking the Tower of London is a great feature, The Tube is right next door, so travel is easy. The pubs, street vendors in the area add to the ambiance. A great place to stay."

"I liked that shuttle was offered to the train station but it was only from 7-10am. Otherwise it's a 20 min walk to the train station so it would have been nice to have the shuttle offered all day."

"I had an excellent stay at the Apex City of London. I didn’t spend a great deal of time in the room because there was much to explore in the convenient location. Many guests seemed to utilize the work space and meeting rooms. The gym had a few treadmills, ellipticals, a rower, bike, single machine setup, and a rack of dumbbells with a bench. The food at the Lampery was fantastic and it’s a great alternative to going out. I would highly recommend this stay!"

"We booked this hotel knowing the rooms would be small and that it was a no frills hotel. That was not an issue for us because we spent very little time in the room. The location was the biggest highlight. It is just a short walk from Covent Garden, many of London’s main attractions, and a Tube station, making it very convenient. Unfortunately, our experience with customer service changed our opinion. After housekeeping cleaned our room one evening, we returned to find a bug crawling on our bed....

"The property was really nice. Staff amazing. My only critique is floors can be updated. A little outdated. I was on club floor 11. When my flight got cancelled I booked an extra night on a regular floor 4 which was nicer than the club floor. Loved daily breakfast included in club stay"
