"We enjoyed our stay at Peaks Hotel. Upon arrival we were able to upgrade our room and really enjoyed the stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was ideal because it's not in a main area so it was a quiet stay. It was just steps away from restaurants and town . Highly recommend."

"LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! This is in the HEART of Banff. You cannot beat the location. The hotel is VERY old (1908), but redone in 2018. Room #456 was waaayy at the other end of the hotel, where you have to take 3 random stairs down (yes, it's on the 4th fl) + multi turns, but that did not bother ..."
