"When we walked into the room, I was really pleased to see that it was just as you see in the photographs. It was clean, spacious and the bathroom was really nice too. It was well decorated and had plenty of storage for our clothes, as well as an iron, hairdryer and coffee machine.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was cleaned while we were out for the day. So we came back to a fresh room.
The room had air con, and a good fan to keep us cool, which was helpful in the hot...

"The location was excellent and we had a fabulous view of Tower Bridge. The front desk and concierge staff were wonderful. The omelet station was a treat and kitchen staff helpful.
The lack of air conditioning in the room was a problem during the recent heat wave. But the lobby was pleasant and the room fan helped.
The housekeeping staff was the weak link. They were not responsive and sometimes didn't even clean the room. But the front desk sent them back when asked."

"Recently renovated property in excellent condition within a short walk from the Earls Court Underground. Rooms are very small and the room I stayed in was below street level and had no windows (was informed about the windows but not about the below street level during the booking), but adequate for a night's stay. No breakfast service but there are many restaurants on Earls Court Road nearby. Overall good value for money in a neat, tidy and fully renovated property."

"Gut gefallen hat mir die Nähe zum Bahnhof. Das Zimmer war ruhig und sauber, aber die U-Bahn war zu spüren. Das Fenster ließ sich nur wenig öffnen. Es war sehr warm im Zimmer und das Lüften dadurch schwierig.
Es gab im Treppenhaus einen Wasserkocher mit einem Angebot an Tee und Kaffee.
Unglücklich fand ich, dass das sehr kleine Einzelzimmer im zweiten OG lag, die Toilette und Dusche dazu aber im vierten OG.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Gepäck konnte nach dem Check-out aufbewahrt...

"The property was in an ideal location, just off Trafalgar Square. The room however was not that great.
The room was extremely small with a huge pillar in the centre of the room.
The TV wasn’t working. The bathroom/toilet door wasn’t working properly and got stuck shut on two occasions.
The shower also didn’t work properly due to a bent hose that let very little water out.
After complaining to the front desk, all the issues were sorted the following day.
I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again due to...

"Very impressed with this hotel, great location as close to most things and public transport.
Room very clean and quiet, comfortable bed and had all you need . Breakfast buffet was a lovely surprise , lots of choice and everything fresh.
The only negative thing I can say is hotel is over 2 buildings so took a few times to learn my way around.
I shall look forward to my next stay"
