"So i irrived to a bed. Good start. Anne franks attick would be the ritz compared to this. Tv didn't work, heater didn't work, dispite me being advised to plug it in by the lady on reception. This turned out to not be a problem as she worked out how to put the heating on permanently for the next 2 day. Breakfast on the 1st morning wasn’t something id normally spend 7 quid on as it leaked oil from everywhere, i didn't have a 2nd Breakfast as the other guest sitting with his 4 pint cans of Stella...

"I thought I booked at Leeds Arena premier inn but Hotels.com booked me at premier inn at Wellington, very disappointed "

"I didn't have breakfast. However, whilst the room was tidy the pillows were like concrete blocks. Also the bathroom had damp and fungus because they dont have an extractor fan. The room also are in need of decoration. I paid £89 and i wouldnt say it was worth £30. Disappointed. Whilst the lady on reception was polite and courteous i wont be staying there again. I work in Leeds a few times a year so i will put this on my 'do not use' list of properties."

"Hidden gem of a small hotel"

"6 rooms booked all rooms were not habitable, only two rooms were actually used only because no hotels in Leeds were available. My other guests refused to stay. This is not a hotel at best it is a hostel or for asylum seekers. Owner refused to resolve my complaints and I have raised a dispute with my credit card company. "

"Courteous and helpful staff, clean room and spa, excellent facilities. great service in the dining room and room service. Thoroughly enjoyed my weekend's stay - wish I'd booked for longer!"
