"This was a fun and great experience! The hotel is currently undergoing some changes so it wasn't open we had to call someone to let us onto the property and check us in. The first associate that helped was nice, but they gave us an ADA room, which we didn’t ask for and had trouble using certain things since it’s for people with different abilities so that was frustrating. Then during check out the lady said she would email my receipt and there was no email attached apparently so when I called to get my copy the lady over the phone said the lady who checked us out on (5/30/26) should have seen that and asked for my email. That was rude...

"The room was clean. The breakfast was something I enjoyed. The pool and Jacuzzi were clean. By mid-day, the sun heated the pool, so it was nice and warm. It is a great location. Walking distance to old town strip and close to the freeway. Would stay here again."

"The property is located just two blocks from the Old Town Historic Park and restaurants. A great location. The room was clean a bit small but nonetheless cozy. The coffee was great. One complain we do have is that there were no Spanish speaking channels available on the nice big tv they had in the room. We were excited to watch the Mexico vs Australia game Saturday night, but we were not able to find any local Spanish channels."

"Although the hotel was nice, I think the hotel should be transparent about charging for parking. The hotel charges $30 per night for parking. However, there is free public parking connected to the hotel. Also on the last night of our stay, we had neighbors that were very loud, they were sitting outside playing loud music, talking loud, practically having a party. I enjoy a good time like the next person, but this went on until about 2 a.m. The guests were so drunk that they even tried to enter...

"Good location, near beaches, shopping and Old Town. This is a popular hotel and is usually busy. Breakfast is good with hot selections. Stayed here twice. I probable stay here again when in San Diego."

"Resort looks nothing like the pictures online and would not consider to be a 4 star. The whole resort is in desperate need of a renovation. Staff was friendly and helpful though."

"We came to SD for our daughter’s graduation and commissioning. We had the ocean view villa. Our room was spacious and had an excellent view of the bay. Staff was always pleasant and helpful with requests. The only negative was the room had a musty smell and we were so busy I didn’t think to mention until last day. The staff quickly tried to remedy the smell . The last day the bathroom toilet was leaking sewer smells as the toilet was loose and rocked. That was the camel that broke the camels...

"Beautiful up-to-date location, clean, the staff was extremely nice very resourceful with a quick and easy check-in. When we got to our room, it was spacious. I love that they offered free parking. The breakfast was good for a quick bite and go. They had various items such as yogurt, cheese, fruits, bagels, and waffles that you can make. I would definitely be coming again. It was an affordable and very comfortable accommodation. Thank you guys!!"
