"I’ve stayed here a fair bit and it’s usually good but this trip was awful, they are doing renovations in the foyer and the noise was awful, how the staff can work in that I don’t know AND no warning on their website . We had a room with not hot water and then moved to one with aircon not working, the second room was really badly maintained. Terrible stay this time!"

"We stayed here for 6 nights in mid-April. The location is really nice—quiet area with good transport links and plenty nearby. Unfortunately, the service let it down. Our room wasn’t cleaned twice, even after we asked multiple times, which was pretty frustrating during a longer stay. Management didn’t seem very responsive either, and it felt like our concerns weren’t taken seriously. Overall, the location is great, but the service issues were a dealbreaker for us. Wouldn’t stay here again."

"The overall stay was OK. The room was very old and hasn't been refurbished for a long time. The furniture was old and scrappy, there were no electric sockets near the bed for charging the phone. My room was adjacent to the railroad and even though the windows were double glazed to reduce the sound it wasn't completely sealed and I heard the trains every few minutes and even woke up from that several times. However, the staff was super friendly and attentive, but honestly I don't see myself...
