"Thank you for your hospitality the other day. I was deeply impressed by the kindness and wonderful hospitality of all the staff. The hotel and guest rooms were lovely, with a playful atmosphere, making for a very fulfilling stay. The breakfast was also very luxurious, and choosing what to eat was exciting. The access to the station was excellent, so I would definitely like to stay here again when I visit London!!!!"
