"Good location, friendly staffs and place is clean. It’s very close to National Express Bus terminal and large shopping mall to less than 0.2 miles. To Cruise port by taxi or uber cost just about $10-12. It was the best choice"

"The room was clean and spacious. The bed was too soft for my liking and I found it uncomfortable. Other than that, it was a nice room. The hotel is a little run down in places but it has a relaxed atmosphere and never felt busy. The staff were friendly. Breakfast was tasty and there was a great selection of food. We did have to wait for food to be replenished which was a bit disappointing."

"One of the best hotels we’ve stayed in, in Southampton. Very smart comfortable room, bed and bathroom. If I had to fault it at all, it would be the 6 capacity lifts that quite often won’t take more than 3 reasonable sized people. And one of those lifts not servicing the ground floor. "

"The bar staff need some serious training, terrible service on Saturday evening , staff looked like university students clueless and zero customer service The room was ok, lots of fluff and dust under the bed, no I didn't deliberately check, I dropped something and saw it, the shower cubicle needs a good scrub too!
