"This place really is a treasure. Perfect location in the center of Reykjavík. Beautiful historic architecture and extremely clean. Breakfast in the morning was great… with lots of local treats. We enjoyed talking with our host and meeting some of the other guests around the table. We would highly recommend this quaint and charming guest house!"

"The canopy was the perfect spot for our stay in Iceland. Everything was top-notch. The staff were extremely professional and responsive. The daily breakfast was plentiful with something for everyone. The location is in close proximity to the city hot spots I strongly recommend the canopy. "

"Exeter staff are incredibly warm and helpful, rooms are clean and spacious enough for two, location is convenient to buses and tours, very walkable to the harbor area and its surroundings, and having Le Kock downstairs for breakfast buffet and its delicious burger menu and bar made for a fantastic stay. For a hotel in a semi-busy location with nightlife, no issues really with any noise outside the property. We stayed 2x at this hotel and would again if in Reyjkavik."
