In room refreshments aplenty and generous bathroom consumables including towels. Room airy, air con perfect given heatwave we encountered, shower big powerful and very nice. "Quaint cottage right in the centre of Sleaford. It was an excellent location for me to attend my cousin's birthday party. Whilst near the town centre, it is tucked away in a lane and is very quiet and I slept soundly. Sue provided a few essentials to get you started. The cottage is very well equipped for making your own meals. Great for a long or short stay. A good variety of places to eat out and major supermarkets just minutes away. There's free parking at Church Lane nearby from 6pm until 8...

"Staff were very friendly and welcoming, particularly at breakfast where they were chatty making a very welcoming experience. The rooms were lovely and clean. I had no issues at all during my stay. The breakfast was excellent, especially considering it was included in the cost of the stay. I would certainly recommend to any type of visitor. Great value for money."

"For our 4 night stay everything was good. Our room was spacious clean and comfortable. We didn't eat in the hotel as we had catering at the FOCUS festival in Newark. The staff were cheerful and helpful. Our only gripe was that the lift was out of order for the whole 4 days, so we had a bit of a climb to the 2nd floor."

"Quite the experience when it comes to hotels. Seems stuck in a time warp 20 years ago. Room was clean, bed was OK and the shower was good. Location next to the Lincoln bypass for a quick getaway was probably its most redeeming feature."

"A lovely hotel and restaurant. The room was very good, roomy with a huge bed which was super comfortable. Bathroom was quite small with nowhere to hang towels but shower was excellent. Breakfast was from a menu selection and was excellent quality. Staff were friendly and helpful and there was a lovely atmosphere. There was live music on the Friday night which stopped at 11pm. The location was fantastic in the historic centre and free car parking at the rear of the hotel. Really loved it and...
