We arrived early before check in. Thr receptionist alerted us when our room was ready. It wasn’t. We called the front desk for towels. There were none. They promptly brought us the towels. Hampton Inn Boise - Airport
Only one room was available when I arrived and I had to take it and it was next to the elevator. Asked for a breakfast bag as I was leaving before their assigned breakfast time. In it was one apple, one dry bagel and a small bottle of water. Very basic motel and not up to Hampton Inn's previous standards. ...

Comfort Suites Airport
Everything was great and the place was really nice. The only things negative I would mention was there was no soap put in the room (they still do that, right?) and the in-room coffee maker was missing the coffee basket which was a drag to discover at 3:30am when I needed coffee before my flight.
