"Great apartment at a reasonable price. Check-in procedure was slightly tricky because of the no-front-desk model used. Seemed needlessly stressful compared with a conventional hotel, but everything worked out just fine in the end, "
"Stayed here with family for an event. Will stay here anytime I am back in Bonn. Great neighborhood with lots of dining and shopping options. The greek restaurant across the street is fantastic and it is wonderful to spent the evening in their back garden under the grapes. The nearby botanical garden is a place of peace and wonder and the walk to the university is leads you through Bonn’s most charming neighborhoods. If you don’t want to walk there is also a very frequent bus.
Can’t say enough...
"The room did the job and had a really comfy bed. But I found issues in the decor and also there being a problem with showering and also inside. It is very cramped when trying to take a shower, apart from this the hotel was solid and I found everything else fine. "

"There is no reception and the only way to get the keys is to call some guy that comes over and gives the keys.
Since the hotel has no reception or computer, they don't know who is coming, so I better bring a receipt of payment and a booking confirmation. The fact that the staff barely speaks German or English is also not making this complicated conversation any easier.
The rooms were ok though and at least very cheap."
"If you're looking for an affordable, spotless hotel in a great location with a solid breakfast—run by a kind and hardworking couple—you’ve found it. Just book it.
I stayed here for a week while visiting my son in Bonn and was blown away by the care the owners put into running it. They handle everything themselves—front desk, cleaning, breakfast—and go out of their way to help with directions, recommendations, and anything else you might need.
The rooms appear recently renovated and cleaned daily with great attention to detail. My only small gripe: the foam mattress was firmer than I prefer. A pillow topper might help—next time I’ll ask!
Breakfast is simple, fresh, and inexpensive. You can easily opt in by texting the day before. For a great local option, try Meyman around the corner next to the station—amazing Turkish breakfast for 20 euros (cash only).
I’ve stayed in many places around the world, and this one stands out. It combines the warmth of a B&B with the independence of a hotel. If I return to Bonn, I know exactly where I’ll be staying."
