"Room and hotel were lovely but coffee tray, which I use daily, was not refilled fully. For some reason the front desk gentlemen could not give out more than 2 creamer packets at a time, including claiming that they couldn't find any (?) Perhaps better coordination with housekeeping supply staff might fix that."

"The location is great. Many places, restaurants, shops nearby. Easy walking distance from the central train station. The property is old however. Breakfast was not very good. I have stayed at several other hotels in Germany and all had very good breakfast. Food wasn't as tasty and fresh. "

"Tophotel ( Lage, Zimmer, Pool, Spa, Bar und Restaurant im Penthouse, alles sehr schön und ziemlich durchrenoviert, absolut a jour), Die Reception war ein wenig bürokratisch angestrengt, der Spa Bereichsmitarbeiter brachte Handyverbotsansatz und Tonalität nicht zusammen (Blockwartattitude) )und der Penthousebarservice hatte Anlaufschwierigkeiten, das wurde nach Warmlaufen dann deutlich besser, da geht noch was!"
