"We stayed at the annex for two weeks and we had a good time. The location is very convenient as it was a 10 minute walk from the shinjuku station and right next door was a 7-11, family mart and Lawson allowing for convenient late night snacks. The staff were also very helpful and always had a good attitude to the customers. Not to mention the many free ammenties that they provide as well."

"If you are traveling with a big group, this location is perfect for it. Rooms have plenty of space and plenty of amenities for everyone. Location is a bit off from the local tourist spots, but a metro line is at walking distance if planning to go into the city. Plenty of local restaurants to choose from and convenience stores near by. Would definitely recommend this place to friends and family."

"Property was clean, professional and helped us when we needed it. They do support luggage transport via 3rd party so we could be able to go to the airport bag less. Washer and dryer worked. Recommend getting Flair or something to unwrinkle your clothes but that was the only thing we had to do ourselves. Great place for a 7 day+ stay."

"Property was located in a great spot close to the train station and places to eat and shop. Rooms were tiny but functional, if you don’t mind living out of your suitcase since there is very limited room to hang only 5 items or so total and no dresser. Biggest issue is we had multiple things disappear from our room, that they could never find any of them and the $100 they did locate after we checked out they refused to return unless we came all the way back to Japan to claim it. "We really enjoyed our stay here! From the moment we arrived, the customer service was warm, friendly, and attentive, which made us feel very welcome. The hotel is in a quiet area, so it was easy to relax after spending the day exploring Tokyo. "I thought “I’ll believe it when I see it. An onsen in Shinjuku!” But it was every bit an onsen. As well as the indoor and outdoor baths, the architecture was tasteful. It was very new and quiet. We stayed on a high floor with a very good view of the city scape. Very well appointed coin laundries with vending machines, ice and chilled water dispensers on three floors. I couldn’t have asked for better. There’s a 711 right over the road and decent traditional eateries and cafes nearby."

"Excellent and comfortable place to stay. Staff is very accommodating and attentive. The breakfast buffet is excellent and has a very wide variety of choices. If it's raining and you don't have an umbrella, they have some available to borrow. The only inconvenience is the language barrier with some staff. They really do try to accommodate. The train station can be reached from a lower floor, and so much is within walking distance if the hotel. You also get a good view of the Godzilla head."
