"Lovely hotel, staff were super welcoming. We had to stay at the hotel for over 3 weeks and in between extending our stay due to home renovations. Nonetheless, staff went above and beyond with ensuring we were looked after during this tough time for us. We became well known with the hotel staff, to the point they memorised our breakfast orders."

"This place is a pit. Fairly clean but ladies room on 1st floor had window cracked, water pooled in one of the sinks with the stopper in and a million dead mosquitoes - ugh. There is no-one there to check you in, (guess htat;s "hip" now?), you either do "self check-in" at a walk-up machine or ring a buzzer for an employee. No phone in room to call for help. Every time we had an issue in room, back down to ring the buzzer. To be fair, the staff tried to be accomodating. May 22 was high...

"Booked two rooms for me and a colleague for a three night business trip. Arrived and was told we only had one room, had to show proof two rooms booked. Everything in the room was dirty / grimy / sticky, there was a layer of dust on every surface, rubbish on the floor, rubbish in the tea bag pot. The television remote control was disgusting, completely gunged up with grime. The carpet was very dirty around the edges - dust and rubbish, skirtings had a thick layer of dirt and dust. "The room was basic. There were flies in the bathroom, seemed to be coming out of the light. No security lock on the door so did not feel very safe. The downstairs entrance hall smelt badly if urine."

"Good room. Never saw the owner. A handy person let me and gave me the keys. Had a nice room and separate bathroom (very old school B&B). The house is under renovation but it didn't impact my stay at all. I'd stay again. Very close to everything. Couldn't say about parking as I used the metro. Loads of restaurant/cafe choices close by"

"Very conveniently located homy hotel in a safe area with underground stations and shops close by. Spacious rooms with kitchen allowing for some cooking so don’t have to eat out all the time particularly good for a ‘longish’ stay."
