"The service here is amazing and while I'm sure they cant always promise this, they had our room ready early which made our first day waaay more comfortable after the airline lost our luggage. The room is cute with good AC and room service was nice and clean, only minor note is we couldnt get the bathroom outlet to work."

There were a few things with the room that needed sorted when we arrived (no light in bathroom, a bedside light was hanging off the wall, potentially dangerous and not working). The main negative point was the WiFi - it was poor, and didn’t work more often than it worked."
