"This was our first trip to Rome and it was perfect!! The hotel was extremely clean. The staff was so helpful and friendly. The AC was cold while it was extremely hot outside. The location was a perfect walking distance to most places in the historic district. The road the hotel is on is great! Shopping, food and the best gelato!! I couldn’t recommend it enough. "The service here is amazing and while I'm sure they cant always promise this, they had our room ready early which made our first day waaay more comfortable after the airline lost our luggage. The room is cute with good AC and room service was nice and clean, only minor note is we couldnt get the bathroom outlet to work."
