"Check in was seamless, we left our bags in the morning and they where in our room at check-in later.
Staff where very helpful and explained everything.
The room was an inside 'queen' with no window. Not having a window into the outside world was not a problem. The window into the bathroom was however rather strange.
The shower/toilet area had a lightly frosted glass screen around, so privacy was almost zero. A rather strange and avoidable fitment. Why not a plain panel ?

"Stayed 2 nights, false fire alarm went off twice, the first time being 6am in the morning. Had to walk up and down 6 flights of stairs to stand outside for 20 minutes only to be told that it was a false alarm caused by steam. Staff on reception very rude and unhelpful. Made me feel very unwelcome and embarrassed. Rest assured I will be telling everyone I know about this awful awful experience."

"The rooms and location were fine however the cleaning staff never listed to our instructors of do not disturb and only provide 1 clean bath towel each time they cleaned. The constant construction noise was also annoying. I’d consider looking else where for the price"

"The staff at this hotel was so helpful and friendly. They gave directions, hailed a cab for us, gave us information about different restaurants, sight-seeing activities and they were able to provide tickets! This hotel is in a great location close to the bus and train station, shopping and restaurants. We had a room for 3 of us and it was small with not much extra room for our luggage. In addition, we arrived 3 hours before check-in time and they accommodated us. I would definitely stay here...

"Great property close to the train station that is connected to the ExCel center (trains, not the hotel). The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and the staff goes above and beyond!

"The positives: Excellent location. Friendly and helpful staff. Spaces were absolutely spotless.
Be aware that the rooms are predominantly walk ups. There is no elevator on the property. We had members of our party with mobility issues. While the staff was helpful in finding a first floor property for them, you must be aware and notify them in advance if you need accomodation."

"Lovely hotel but has seen better days. In need of refurbishment. The A/C in our room was very weak & the shower was broken. The room was really spacious & very comfortable bed. Unfortunately our room overlooked the railway line which obviously increased the noise levels. The staff were very friendly & competent. The pool area wasn't particularly clean & the men's steam room wasn't working."

"The hotel was walking distance from the underground and one stop to the O2 arena if you are watching concert. It is nearby to some restaurant and shopping stores underground.
The staff are very helpful. There is a kettle in the room and water. We had a good night sleep. Good for overnight stay."
