"The greeter at the front desk recognized my hometown(she was from near that area) and was so sweet and friendly and very efficient. The room was spotless and quiet and there were plenty of towels which you rarely get these days in hotels! Breakfast this morning was hot and fresh and the staff had the area clean. She was also helpful and friendly. Location was perfect for our needs. Shout out to Lancaster Brewing Company for an excellent dinner!"

"Front desk checkin person (young lady) was warm, friendly, and welcoming. Room was very clean and comfortable. Bed, pillows, and bedding were clean and comfortable. Large flat screen TV was great and had NetFlix access. Breakfast was excellent and had healthy choices like oatmeal and yogurt and various juices. Tables were clean. Staff was attentive. Very easy and pleasurable stay. "

"This hotel was very functional. The upgrade we received was to a very nice suite room. This room was very good - very clean smelling and looking. The only downside was that the kitchen did not have any pots or pans for use on the stove, and very, very limited dishware. But since we weren’t really looking to use the kitchen area it was not a problem for us.
