"checkin area better suited for a hotel in a depressed area. hallway was dirty with dog poop outside one door. toilet was dirty with urine and pubic hair. bathroom trash can half full. bed may have been slept in and covers pulled up. Definitely avoid this hotel!"

"We liked the location, breakfast, and pool. It was all very good for our family. We got 2 rooms and there was a door between them, making things much easier."

"The hotel is beautiful as you walk in. Check in staff said hello immediately, were friendly, they knew their information very well. Our room was perfect for 6 people! Comfortable beds, temperate set great. The only downfall, the pool was outside our window and it was noisy. The door leading to the hallway had big gaps and you could hear everything. Disappointed that there was no breakfast included but at least there was a restaurant on site."

Made reservation for 2 nights at a horrible hotel down the street , when we found out how bad it was we cancelled the 2nd night at the horrible hotel and chose to stay at this one and was very glad we did , much nicer , we felt safe, room was excellent . Only problem was had to search for an ice machine and no elevator."

"The hot breakfast was horrible. We went to the buffet 30 minutes before it closed and there were no eggs, sausage, or coffee. When these items were replenished they were luke warm at best. When I told a staffer about the breakfast the excuse was the breakfast attendant had "retired" the day before and a housekeeper was thrown in to run the buffet. You would think management would have someone trained to take over that job. The ironing board in the room was broken and there weren't any laundry...
