"Excellent hotel overall, but the restaurant menu let's them down, they are a bit chips with everything, and let's have a curry shall we! The bar also needs to expand the ranges of beers and lagers on offer, not enough choice. The outside lighting needs to work, as we passed it both on arrival and when we returned from finding a decent dinner in Ollerton, and there is an enormous pothole in the entrance way, I drive a 4x4 so it can cope, but a small car could do suspension and tyre damage in that pothole, and would the hotel take responsibility? "

"Staff were lovely, the operations manager was great making sure all guests had everything they needed. Very attentive. Spoke to the housekeeper checking our room, she was lovely too. Rpzt!"
