"We stayed here for the weekend whilst visiting Manchester for a concert. I was very impressed, they had 2 weddings receptions during our stay and we heard nothing! The room was clean, spacious twin beds, teapigs tbags and bottled water. Staff were friendly, a great stay."

"We had room 123 a lower atrium room, we moved to room 821, the lower room was not private,everyoy in the bar below could see straight into our room. Room 821 had a noisy AC that rattled and made a ticking noise all night, I reported it in the morning. The food in the restaurant was excellent. We didn't sleep well and the room was claustrophobic, the bathroom was cramped. We wouldn't stay again, unless we had no choice."

"Multiple faults located in my room which photographic evidence has been obtained cleaning should have been much better than what I found the room in I had to be moved into another room on another level there was constant knocking and banging from fellow neighbours totally disgusting and disgraceful I will not be booking with you again "

"You pretty much get what you pay for. £4.50 to park overnight isn’t right in my opinion. Service and staff excellent Food average Rooms are clean very basic and drab really needs a make over.carpets worn bedding cheap quality. Breakfast was poor with poor quality ingredients. Seems like I’m slating this hotel I’m not I’m being honest..I’m not complaining as £80 with breakfast you can’t really complain.To lay your head it’s good because the cleanliness and staff are excellent "

"I've stayed at the property several times whilst attending a work training event. On a number of occasions I have been allocated a room on the opposite side of the hotel from the rest of my colleagues. When I queried this at check in, I was advised there were no other rooms available. What I also find disappointing is that one of my colleagues consistently appears to receive room upgrades, yet whenever I have politely asked, I am told that nothing is available. "Nice quirky hotel, stylishly done out. Great for a couples night away. The simple check in process and key lock is really cool and makes it simple. Can’t fault the place. Only suggested improvements are 1. Add a coffee machine to rooms. Instant granules don’t match the styling. 2. Couple of bottles of water in fridge would be a nice touch"

"The location and facilities for an overnight pre-flight stay, especially from T2, are excellent. Sadly, you are a captive audience so dining provision is expensive and mediocre. We did not have breakfast and dinner could have been better - small portion of overcooked chicken on a flatbread with garnishes £19! "

"This is not walking distance from the Manchester airport. Just a heads up. Shuttle was not running & I found out that it only runs a few hours very early mornings. So just be prepared to spend 15 to 20 pounds for a taxi ride. With that said, great place. Needed a place to stay for about 10 hours to get a shower and nap before my next leg of an overseas flight. Also didn’t want one that charged me $250 for that privilege! Premier Inn was the answer. I love their clean neat rooms, comfortable...
