"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pretty good. Parking was easy and safe well maintained in general for an older property. We'll stay there again if in the area."

"I’m"

"I would like to know why I was charged $250 holding fee that I will not get back for weeks, if I ever get it back. I ah e heard of hotels charging a $50 holding fee, but that’s ridiculous. The property was fantastic"

"I absolutely was very disappointed with this place. It is still under reconstruction. It was smelly and we had some kinf of bug on our beds. Toilets were so low to the floor. The sign was on the door and the maid service lady still burst in on us. Only good thing was a new air conditioner. Front desk person was rude. This place is only for tired truck drivers. Dirty place to stay. I will never rent a room from this place."

"The hotel is great. It's a nice hotel right on campus. The rooms are a nice size and well equipped. If you use Expedia to purchase your room for a better deal, just know, it doesn't include complimentary breakfast so there is not benefit unless you don't want breakfast. That is why I gave the hotel 4 stars. The breakfast is $15 for 2 people. It's a pretty good breakfast. Also, the hotel is unavailable to anyone other than ulumni on several game day weekends which is a bummer."

"My stay at this hotel on October 16 was extremely disappointing. I reserved two rooms, each with two queen beds, but was initially given keys to only one room. The second room had a king bed instead. When I explained the mistake, the clerk stated I would be charged for a new room if the bed had been used. I had to photograph the bed to prove it was untouched. The clerk was short and unprofessional before eventually providing the correct room. Both rooms were disgustingly dirty, with visible...

"Great place to stay. Super friendly courteous staff"

"Very clean property, helpful staff with good recommendations. Beds were comfortable. They had extra services such as free drinks and complimentary food while we were there. Breakfast was tasty and a decent selection."

"Clean room, nice view, delicious breakfast!!"

"The property was nice. However, the service was lacking. We requested early check in since we were coming from out of town for a doctors appointment. But when we got there, they told us the noon check in that we were promised was not available so we had to hang around for 4 hours for a room. Also, the website, stated there was a daily happy hour with drinks and appetizers from 4-6 every night. But when we went down around 4:15 there was no one in the bar area except for an employee that was...

"Location"

"Shady fees for extending your stay. Be aware if you book through Expedia or try to extend your stay here. The manager complains about losing money on Expedia bookings and tries to recoup it by charging a $15 "early check-in fee" every time you extend your reservation, even if you are staying in the exact same room. If you don't pay the $15 fee, you have to pack up everything and wait outside until 3:00 PM to check back in. Customer service is uncooperative and unkind (wouldn't even accommodate a...
