However, I suggest adding more front desk staff to streamline the check-in process, as it took over an hour, which was inconvenient after a tiring day of travel.
The breakfast buffet is fantastic, priced at around $20 per adult, and offers a great variety. A special shout-out to Samah Zaki in the breakfast area—she greeted us with a warm, charming smile, helped us find seating, and ensured we were well taken care of. Her kindness, humor, and caring nature truly brightened our mornings, and my wife adored her. Samah deserves a promotion for her outstanding service!
The hotel’s location is perfect, with easy access to taxis and Uber, making it ideal for exploring the area. The rooms are comfortable, though minor maintenance issues, like a faulty water kettle and a burnt-out bathroom light, needed attention. The staff promptly resolved both issues, which we appreciated.
