"It was an great hotel. Very modern, very clean. The pool/hottub is in the roof and is very nice. Staff were all very nice and helpful. The mattress was a little to firm but that would be the only complaint. Theres a bar next door that play live music late but your in Mexico and th a ts a bonus. Less thst a mile from the hitel zone. The hotel zone is more modern than the melacon and cleaner. Stove, microwave, fridge,coffee maker. Nice bathroom 🚻 "

"This resort was a great value for an all-inclusive. Our one-bedroom suite was roomy and comfortable, the pool area was nice, and we never had trouble finding good food at the restaurants. The crepe station was delicious and a favorite stop for us. Would definitely consider staying again"

"Such a hidden gem. This place is more than a stay. It's an experience. Things to note are that you have to take a small boat to reach the property so pack light. The nature and beach are beautiful. The rooms are comfortable, clean and the perfect blend of shelter and being one with nature. The restaurant on site is superb with quality organic ingredients that create art on a plate. Staff is friendly, approachable and super helpful. Can't wait to come back. "

"My hotel room was spacious and perfectly restful and quiet. All staff were kind and helpful. I loved the location. I spent a few hours a day at the nearby Oasis Beach, which is a 5-minute walk, right behind the La Isla shopping plaza. Oasis Beach is relatively uncrowded, with more locals than tourists. For more excitement, a quick taxi ride or city bus would take me downtown."

"Great place to stay! All inclusive option was excellent and the variety of the restaurants (room service also included!!!) and bar service/options were perfect. Family friendly activities during day and evening, quiet at 11pm was most appreciated! Temperature was perfect and the towels were new, fluffy and very clean! A great resort with everything! "
