"We stayed from March 25 to April 1st. The Service staff were outstanding. After arriving we became aware that the ownership of the hotel had changed. There was no communication about the change, and our package went from being all inclusive with the ability to order from the menu whenever we wanted, to not being able to get anything aside from the buffet for each meal. "We stayed in one of the rooms with a plunge pool. It was fantastic! We had a great view of the beach and ocean. The bed was comfy and the room was well situated. The hotel is located right on Playa Norte across from another resort. The ocean is so blue and beautiful and there were a lot of fish that would swim near you. The staff was very professional and friendly, especially Alexander. We would definitely stay here again."
