"This is my new favorite place in Carmel! There was a valet to greet our car when we rolled up and showed us where to go to check in. The front desk attendant was amazing! She greeted us with a sparkling glass of wine and helped us get the perfect room for our reservation. The room itself was excellent. Very clean and spacious. It was easy to get to and the view was incredible. We had views of the sunset and point lobos. This felt like staying in a home, all the amenities of home were there , even bathrobes which were very soft. The jetted oversized tub was so relaxing too. Multiple large TV's and beautiful artwork, very classy. Had dinner at the hotel and the food was excellent. Views were spectacular too. This is a must stay!!"

"Check-in team was friendly, property was amazing. Fitness room was very nice. Unfortunately the coffee machine in the room did not work, not their fault but I did let them know. And I sent a message through the app and evidently they don’t read it so if you want something special, you need to talk to them. "
