9.0 trên 10, Tuyệt vời, (90 nhận xét)
"We were given an accessible room even though we hadn’t requested one. The layout was impractical for us: the bathroom mirror was extremely low, there were no proper bedside tables, just a tiny ledge, and there were visible holes/scuff marks on the wall where something appeared to have been removed.
There were also crumbs on the floor when we arrived, the minibar/fridge barely cooled anything, and the view was basically a dirt mound and industrial/parking area.
We asked reception to move rooms...

"Very nice hotel. Very good value for the money. Only drawback is the location. It’s not in the usual tourist area, but these places can be easily reached using the nearby metro. I would not recommend for the first time visitors to Madrid, but I really liked it, and hope to stay again in future."

"Great hotel super close to the airport. We stayed here for 1 night prior to going to another country… we enjoyed so much being close to the metro. Line 5 is just about 10-12 minutes away walking.. and its a straight shot to Gran Via and callao stops ( central Madrid ). Super easy and useful. We did not have the breakfast as our flight was super early. But i would most definitely return. Staff was very helpful"
