"I was travelling with family for my son’s graduation. We booked 2 twin rooms and arrived late, very tired and ready to sleep, only to find we’d been allocated doubles. We were moved, but this took some time. The breakfast was poor. They can probably tell by how much food is left untouched on plates. After breakfast we booked an Uber and waited. The app clearly said the radisson hotel but the driver went to the airport instead. He suggested we walk there (a 25 min walk and 3 min drive!),...

"A very nice B&B in a peaceful location and a pub is just a walking distance away! There is a court yard within the compound where one can relax. We enjoyed our one night stay here and enjoyed our full English breakfast. Thank you."

"SWIMMING POOL was the main reason I booked this hotel, for my 2 children to have a swim after a long day, it does not say on the web page that you have to pre book, it does not say on the Web Page that it is adult only after 7pm. It does not say on the web page that the SWIMMING POOM is part of a kepp fit membership, and that has members that go there 1st thing in the morning and moan about children enjoying themselves while they are trying to get their lengths in. "Stayed 2 nights visiting family. Ate breakfast and evening meals each day of our stay. Beds so comfortable, air con worked well, quiet room. Restaurant was excellent, food very reasonably priced, served up quickly by very very friendly staff. The Manager and Bar Manager were fantastic a credit to Marston’s. All the waiters and waitresses were amazing. Will definitely return."

Our bath panel had been severely damaged by water and whilst the aircon cooling worked well it was like having a tractor in the room! "Lovely spacious room with milk in a fridge and real coffee bags. Comfy bed and super shower. Breakfast was a help yourself to croissant and butter. Would've been good to have had a more healthy option. Such as fruit and/or yogurt in the fridge. Only issue really was the wifi. Couldn't get the TV to work in the morning, and in th3 evening it dropped out a lot. Other than that it was a very comfortable stay. Thank you."

"The hotel was very clean. Staff couldn’t be more helpful. Never stayed at a Days Inn before but would certainly stay with them again. Although the hotel was on the m1 we didn’t hear any traffic noise. There was no restaurant at the hotel but services was next door"
