"Hotel was in a good location, many subway stations in walking distance. Different subway stations to use to go to LGA as well. Great restaurants & bars in the area. Quiet at night Clean rooms & bathrooms, staff was nice & helpful. Only downside would be the wait for the elevators, longest I’ve had to wait was 5-10 minutes."

"The only thing that I was not a big fan of was breakfast. It's a bit confusing, as some rooms came with continental breakfast and others did not. It seemed expensive for a breakfast that was not great, even by NYC standards. We went to Panera a couple of blocks away after that first day for a more enjoyable breakfast. Apart from that, we enjoyed our stay immensely."

"This hotel is in a great location!! We walked everywhere and having the park across the street really made it special. It’s a little old but getting remodeled. Cleaning staff a little too eager on the weekend mornings. I highly recommend this hotel!!!"

"The whole property just smells of really intense urine. It’s so bad that it made me feel sick. They do not clean the puddles or urine outside the hotel so you can actually smell when you are getting close to the hotel when you are walking outside. Our room also stank like urine and when we asked for a new room the new “clean” room had the lasts guests trash still there. If you enjoy smelling month old urine from many people stacked up and 10xed that’s stained into the concrete the you should...
