"I very much appreciated the team starting with leaving my car to be parked by valet. They did a good job handling my very expensive car. I absolutely loved checking in. I believe it was Valerie who was there each day and she was so kind. Note I had a big problem with the check-in. You have a spray that's perfume me. "We loved our stay at the Waldorf Astoria. Property is beautiful in and out. We loved the location. It was quiet and very safe. The Shuttle service to the different parks (Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Epcot and Hollywood Studios) and Disney Springs was very useful and drivers were super nice. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay there again."

"Scary as hell. You are paying literally what you’re getting. Dirt cheap. Front door broken did not close all the way. Dirty towels with non washout stains. Dirty tub. Air conditioning was very loud and took a long time to cool room. The picture is an alusión. You’re not getting a 4to 5 star hotel. Not even a 2 star. Even the people staying was scary looking."

"I wasn't the biggest fan having to pay a deposit, but I did get my deposit back and the room was affordable. It was clean, comfortable and quiet."

"Amazing 5star check in and I felt at home as soon as I checked in. We are a gay couple with our fur baby and checking in was amazing and the front desk treated us amazing to even the maintenance gentleman. I will be back because you guys treated us as family and we felt welcomed compared to your sister motel in the front were that manager ivy is rude and better then anyone else. We moved over here because we get treated like family not like customers."

"Two main issues with this hotel. 1. Everything is too expensive (i.e. coffee $9.00 (and you pour it yourself) or $30+ for cocktail). 2. Bus does not take you directly to Disney's Typhoon Lagoon."

"Clean room, excellent staff very helpful and attentive. The pool was great and waiters were always there to help in anything you needed. Definitely a nice place for a vacation"
