"Nice hotel for the price. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and staff were good. My only complaint is there are no in-room safes and no daily housekeeping. I don’t necessarily need my room cleaned every day but I would like fresh towels daily. Having said that, housekeeping is provided on request but I felt like a bother to request it daily. One of the perks of being on vacation is having my room clean and bed made when I come back from a busy day. If I wanted to make my own bed I would...

"Bed bugs in the bed. On check out day, the cleaning staff knocked, rang the bell and then kept knocking even though it was only 10:00 and check out was 11:00. "

"It was a quiet location , and only 10 minutes drive to epcot, the bathroom shower head was partially plugged, when the air-conditioning came on it sounded like a helicopter taking off at times. The first thing they did was offer a time share presentation for two hours, to get some free stuff . We went and almost 6 hours later, the presentation was over, it was the first day of our vacation and we were tired, they held on to our driver's license until we finished the presentation.
